Södermanland (gesprochen Sörmland)ist eine schwedische Landschaft 80-100 km südlich von Stockholm im Osten Schwedens, dessen wichtigste Stadt Eskilstuna ist. Weitere wichtige Städte sind: Nyköping, Katrinaholm, Trosa und Gnesta.
