Andreas Katsulas (b. 18 May 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actor best known for his roles as the one-armed villain, Sykes, in the film The Fugitive (1993), and as G'Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5. From 1971 to 1986, he toured with Peter Brook's international theatre company. He has also appeared in episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and NYPD Blue. He has a Master's degree in Theatre from Indiana University.
Katsulas appeared as "Ambassador Tomalak" on Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "The Enemy," "The Defector," "Future Imperfect", and "All Good Things..." He also portrayed a Vissian captain on the episode "Cogenitor" in the second season of Star Trek: Enterprise.
