Animal Crackers
Animal Crackers is one of the Marx Brothers' most beloved and oft-quoted movies. It contains the "Hooray for Captain Spaulding" song and two of Groucho Marx's funniest quips:
- Last night I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got into my pajamas I'll never know.
- We took some pictures of the native girls, but they're not developed yet. We're going back next year, when they're more developed.
It originally appeared as a Broadway play written by George S. Kaufman and Morrie Ryskind.
Animal crackers are also a popular children's snack.
