Apadrayva piercing

The apadrayva piercing is performed vertically through the glans penis. Many men start with a Prince Albert piercing and progress to an apadravya, which is essentially a PA and a reverse PA combined. Some claim that this piercing is referred to in ancient Indian texts, but this claim is disputed.
