Bee's kiss

The Bee's kiss is a cocktail made of

• two parts light rum
• one part honey
• one part sour cream
• crushed ice

Put the ice, rum, honey, and sour cream in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve the cocktail without garnish.
