It includes several large parks, and Orchard Grove Primary School. Its high school - Blackburn South High - was amalgamated into Forest Hill Secondary College. While not having terribly much in itself, aside from shops along Canterbury Road (including a Safeway), it does feature close proximity to Blackburn, Box Hill, and Forest Hill; easily accessable by either car or bus.
