The Britannia Stadium is the home of Stoke City F.C. Having moved from the Victoria Ground in 1997, the new stadium holds 28, 000 supporters, with the highest attendance being recorded for the sell out fixture against Everton in the F.A. Cup 3rd Round in 2002. The first manager was Chic Bates, and currently the man responsible to look after Stoke in the ground is Tony Pulis.
