Bullroarer Took

In J. R. R. Tolkien's fictional world of Middle-earth, Bullroarer Took (2704-2806) was the nickname of Bandobras Took, a hero of the Shire who led the defense against an orcish invasion.

He was the son of Thain Isumbras III (2666-2759). But he was the younger of two sons, and his older brother Ferumbras Took II (2701-2801) succeded to the Thainship. But from Bullroarer descended the North-tooks of Long Cleeve. Possibly one of them was Diamond of Long Cleeve, the wife of Peregrin Took.
