The Cercle des Amateurs de Vin (CAV, Wine amateurs club) is the oenology club of the Ecole des Mines in Paris.
This student club is very active and organize regular wine degustations led by specialists (oenologists, wine growers,...) as well as gastronomic trips in France.
It received some awards and is very appreciated by both student and professionals allowed to attend the sessions.
