Chorzów
Chorzów (former German name Königshütte until 1921, then known as Królewska Huta until 1934) is a city in southern Poland with 117,430 inhabitants (2002). Town area - 33,5 km².
It is situated in the Silesian Voivodship (since 1999), previously in Katowice Voivodship (1975-1998).
