Claudine (movie)
Claudine is a 1974 film which tells the story of a Harlem mother, living on welfare with six children, who finds love with a garbage collector. It stars Diahann Carroll, James Earl Jones, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs and Roxie Roker.
The movie was written by Lester Pine and Tina Pine, and directed by John Berry.
It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Diahann Carroll).
