Cobbler
A cobbler is a person who makes and repairs shoes and boots for a living.
A cobbler apron has a design that is reminiscient of a garment traditionally worn by cobblers.
Cobbler is a type of dessert food.
A recipe for peach cobbler:
Crust:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation:
- cut together and divide in half.
- roll out and place in bottom of 9x13 inch pan
- pour 2 large cans of peaches in crust
- sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar on top
- Roll out second half of crust and place on top of peaches.
- bake at 350 degrees or until top is browned lightly (approximately one hour)
- add a cup full of blueberries
