The show contains more or (usually) less serious articles on pop-culture phemomena, and also move, video and music reviews. It's name derives from the fact that it plays opposite the Saturday Opera on CBC's classical music station, CBC Radio Two.
Originally hosted by Nora Young, new host Sook-Yin Lee, a former MuchMusic VJ, took over in 2002. Under her management the show has adopted a quirkier tone, with new fun features including 'Name That Ringtone' and 'Celebrities on Helium'.
