Eastmoreland, Portland, Oregon is an up-market neighborhood in inner south-east Portland, Oregon, located south of Reed College. The neighborhood is bounded by SE Woodstock Blvd. to the north, SE Crystal Springs Blvd. to the south, SE 39th Ave to the east and approximately SE 28th Ave to the west.
