Ernie Fletcher

Ernie Fletcher (born 1952) is a United States Republican Party politician from Kentucky. He became governor of Kentucky in December 2003 after defeating Democrat Ben Chandler 55%-45% in the election the previous month. Before becoming governor, Fletcher had been a member of the United States House of Representatives.
