The Flag of Ethiopia was adopted on February 6, 1996. It is commonly seen without the blue disc and emblem. Actually many ethiopians don't recognize the blue disc and the emblem, it only came later with "woyane" who led the ethiopians to severe poverty and famine. This flag has more than one thousand years of history.
