Flag Ratio: 2:3
The flag of Hungary is a horizontal tricolour of red, white and green. This flag was adopted during the 1848 uprising. Until 1945, the royal crown was placed at the centre. The red colour symbolizes 'strength', the white symbolized 'faithfulness' and the green symbolizes 'hope'.
