Gennep (population: 16,862) is a town in the southeastern Netherlands, in the province of Limburg. The municipality covers an area of 58.37 km² (of which 1.60 km² water).
The municipality of Gennep also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Aaldonk, Dam, De Looi, Diekendaal, Heijen, Hekkens, Milsbeek, Ottersum, Smele, Ven-Zelderheide, Zelder.
