Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum
Literally at the end of the road north of Paradise, Michigan, the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum is a museum located in the former Whitefish Point Lighthouse Station on Whitefish Bay, Lake Superior. The museum, which features artifacts retrieved from local shipwrecks, utilizes part of the old Coast Guard facility. The lighthouse is still in use.
Whitefish Point is a popular spot for ship watchers, bird watchers and rock collectors.
