Great unity

The Great unity (大同 da tung) is a classical Chinese term found in classical Chinese philosophy which has been invoked many times in modern Chinese history. It refers to a utopian vision of the world in which everyone and everything is at peace. In Chinese Marxism it has been associated with the state of world communism.
