Haider al-Ebadi

Haider al-Abbadi is the current Iraqi Minister of Communications, part of the cabinet appointed by the Interim Iraq Governing Council in September 2003. A Shia Muslim and electrical engineer by training, al-Abbadi is a member of the Daawa Party.
