The first London was a 40-gun East Indiaman purchased in 1636.
The second London was a 64-gun ship launched in 1656 and blown up in an accident 1665.
The third London was a 96-gun ship launched in 1666 as Loyal London, partly destroyed by fire the next year, rebuilt 1670 and renamed, rebuilt again in 1721, and broken up 1747.
