Joseph Canteloube

Marie Joseph de Calaret Canteloube (1879 - 1957) was a French composer born in Annonay, best known for his collection of folk songs from the Auvergne region, Songs of the Auvergne. His other works include the operas Le Mas and Vercingétorix.
