Kiryat Arba is a Jewish settlement established in the middle of the Palestinian city of Hebron, in the West Bank. Illegal under international law, and notorious for the behaviour of its settlers towards their Palestinian neighbours, Kiryat Arba has become a symbol of the inequities of occupation.
