Differences
Some differences between today's bills and these large bills are:
These bills have not been printed since 1946.
On today's bills, the backs have special designs; on these bills, there are just ornamental designs of their denominations.
They had the words "Will pay to bearer on demand" before their denominations.
Today's bills say "This note is legal tender for all debts; public and private", but the larger bills had extra text added to this sentence.
