Lomer Gouin

Lomer Gouin (March 19 1861 - March 28 1929) was the Liberal Premier of Quebec from 1905 to 1920. He was subsequently named Lieutenant Governor of the province in 1929 but served only two months until his death. He also served as a powerful federal cabinet minister under Wilfrid Laurier.
