Louis Menand

Louis Menand frequently contributes to The New Yorker (where he is a staff writer), The New York Review of Books, and other literary magazines. He received a Ph.D from Columbia University and is now a Distinguished Professor of English at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. He has written several books, including the following:
