National Taiwan University
National Taiwan University (NTU, 國立臺灣大學, Hanyu Pinyin: Guólì táiwān dàxúe, Wade-Giles: Kuo-li t'ai-wan ta-hsüeh) is prestigious universities in Taiwan. The entrance examination score needed to enter NTU is typically the highest among universities in Taiwan, and using this ranking, it is widely considered the best university in Taiwan.
It used to be the Taihoku Imperial University (臺北帝國大學) of the Japanese Empire.
