New Democratic Party of Manitoba

The New Democratic Party of Manitoba is the provincial wing of the social democratic New Democratic Party of Canada. It first formed government from 1969 to 1977, with Ed Schreyer as Premier, from 1981 to 1988 under Premier Howard Pawley and has been in power since 1999 under Gary Doer.
