Noboribetsu (登別市; -shi) is a city located in Iburi, Hokkaido, Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 54,039 and the density of 254.77 persons per km². The total area is 212.11 km².
The city was founded on August 1, 1970 and has a hot-spring resort.
