The Non-Proliferation Trust (NPT) is a UScorporation which advocates storing 10,000 tons US nuclear waste in Russia, for a fee of $1515,000,000,000 paid to the Russian government and $250,000,000 paid to a fund for Russian orphans. The group is headed by AdmiralDaniel Murphy. This proposal has been endorsed by the Russian atomic energy ministry, MinAtom, which estimates that the proposal could eventually generate $150 billion in revenue for Russia.
