Operation Enduring Freedom

Operation Enduring Freedom describes the U.S war on terrorism. It is comprised of two operations:

1. The U.S. invasion of Afghanistan
2. Operation Enduring Freedom - Philippines (OEF-P) (formerly Operation Freedom Eagle)

The operation was originally planned to be called Operation Noble Eagle.
