Peter Schmeichel (born November 18, 1963) is a Danishfootball player and goalkeeper. He has played for Denmark's international side, as well as Manchester United. His first team was Hvidovre FC. He then went to Brondby IF. Manchester United bought him. He later moved to Sporting Lisbon, then came back to the Premiership to Aston Villa. He then moved to Manchester City. He has a son called Kasper Schmeichel, who has signed a contract with Manchester City.
