Richard Timothy Morgan is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's fifty-second House district, including constituents in Moore county. An insurance broker and cattle farmer from Pinehurst, North Carolina, Morgan is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his seventh term in the state House, where he holds the position of Republican Speaker.
