S-circumflex

"Ŝ", or "ŝ", is a consonant and letter in the Esperanto alphabet. Since each letter in Esperanto has a consistent sound, this letter is always pronounced the same; its sound is represented by [S] in SAMPA and [ʃ] in IPA.
