Scrambled eggs

When eggs are scrambled they are put into a frying pan with fat. Usually the pan is already warm and the fat melted before the eggs go in. The eggs are not allowed to set as in an omelette. Rather they are stirrred up during cooking to give a rough, broken texture. The eggs may be mixed up in a vessel before being fried with perhaps a little milk or Soy milk added to bulk up the mixture.
