Somari

Somari is a pirated version of the Sega Megadrive game Sonic the Hedgehog that was ported to the Famicom.

The game is from Hong Kong.

The game stars Somari, a mix between Sonic the Hedgehog and Mario, which is mostly Mario.

The game has the following levels:

The Scrap Brain Zone is unfinished and not accessible from normal gameplay. It can only be accessed via hacking a savestate from a ROM.

There is no ending sequence. The ending consists of Doctor Eggman juggling emeralds in an infinite loop.

Other versions

Sonic 3D 5 is identical to Somari, except the player plays Sonic the Hedgehog.

Sonic 3D 6 is basically Sonic 3D 5 with a new title screen.

These games are not to be confused with the legitimate Sonic 3D Blast.

There is also a hack of Somari called Family Kid.
