She was born in Ontario, Canada. She moved to California after high school and got into modeling, eventually moving onto nude modeling. She began appearing in many magazines and websites in the nude, and eventually made it to Penthouse Magazine with her own layout in 2002. Her popularity and beauty allowed her to win the 2003 Penthouse Pet of the Year award.

She has admitted herself that if she had never left Canada, she would have been a different person and not gone into the adult industry. She has one brother, and her parents are aware of her career and support her. She is also finishing college and intends to become a nurse.
