The Satanic Bible was written by Anton LaVey in 1967. It contains a collection of essays, observations and basic Satanic rituals, and outlines the Satanic philosophy devised primarily by LaVey (though influences include Aleister Crowley, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Ayn Rand among others).
