Tulips Shall Grow is a 1942 animated short film about a Dutch boy and girl whose idyllic existence is destroyed when they are overrun by mechanical men who lay waste to everything they touch, and is generally recognized as a not-so-subtle pro-Dutch, anti-German film. It was directed by George Pal.
