Warner Music Group

Warner Music is one of the big 4 record companies. Its labels include Atlantic, Elektra, London, Reprise, Rhino, Warner Music Australia and others. It was recently sold by parent Time Warner to a group of investors led by Edgar Bronfman in order for the parent company to reduce its debt load.

The newly independent label has hired record industry heavywieght Lyor Cohen from Universal Music Group in an attempt to reduce cost and increase performance.
