Watban Ibrahim al-Tikriti, half brother of Saddam Hussein, is a former senior Interior Minister of Iraq. In 1995 he was shot in the leg by Uday Hussein, son of Saddam.

He is the five of spades in the most-wanted Iraqi playing cards.
