Winston Spencer Churchill

Winston Spencer Churchill (born 1941) is an English politician and grandson of Winston Churchill. He was member of Parliament for Manchester Davyhulme from 1970 until 1997, when the seat was abolished. He is the son of Pamela Harriman.
