Zimmmermann-Sassaman key signing protocol

A protocol to speed up the key fingerprint verification part of a key signing party rapidly. Requires some work before the event.

The protocol is specified at http://sion.quickie.net/keysigning.txt. It came up during a key signing party with Len Sassaman, Werner Koch, Phil Zimmermann and others.
