Zoe Lofgren

Zoe Lofgren (born December 21 1947), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995, representing the 16th District of California. She was born in San Mateo, California, was educated at Stanford University and Santa Clara University, and was a staff member for United States Representative Don Edwards and executive director of Community Housing Developers before entering the House.
